The navigation was relabeled to be more clear for users. All products were fixed to include proper product images and information that was clear to users. All links were fixed to go where they are supposed to go and to be contrast compliant for accessibility.
With basic improvements to the site's navigation and fixing basic usability issues, overall sales increased by 5% because customers could better find, and understand, the products they were looking for.
